Today, the firm has four (4) directors and approximately 30 professional staff who command over 100 years of experience within several industries. They also have the highest levels of certification required in the field of Accounting; these include: the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) qualifications, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) qualifications and various Bachelors and Masters degrees along with other technical qualifications. The firm is also registered with the Public Accountancy Board of Jamaica and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ).

During this period he has held senior positions in a ‘Big 4’ professional service firm and has several certifications with the United Kingdom based Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and the United States based American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
